Vol. 13 No. 4 (2023): Special "living" issue: Global Comparison Framework

A special "living" issue means that we are continuing to add papers to the issue over time. As such, although the issue first went live in 2023, hence having a 2023 publication date for the issue overall, subsequent papers added after 2023 will have a different publication year. To that point, we are still accepting submissions for the special issue (i.e., papers that build upon, critique, or otherwise respond to the Global Comparison Framework paper). If you intend to submit to this special "living" issue, please stipulate that during the submission process.
